Packaged services
We try to accommodate every type of property owner, from the outright investor to the owner who would like our services on an ad-hoc and as needed basis. In order to simplify the decision making process we have created three main packages, described below. The table shown on the side summarises the packages in terms of what service is provided in each package.
The Diamond Package is generally for the outright investor. The Platinum Package is for the casual investor/holiday home owner; and finally The Gold Package is for the holiday home owner who may need the core essentials of operating a basic holiday rental operation on their property from time to time.

Diamond Package
This package has been designed for investors who need a reliable and dedicated team to manage the entire rental process with absolute zero administration required from the owner.
With this package we do absolutely everything while the investor is liberated from the everyday operation to make a successful rental income.
This is a package of services that has been designed to permit owners to generate an income from their property without the need to engage in the day to day operations required to operate a successful rental business.
This service will give owners complete peace of mind, as their property will be in safe hands, and will be managed with uncompromising precision and quality.
The price for this package is 30% of the rental value

Platinum Package
This package has been designed for owners who also need a reliable and dedicated team but would like to undertake part of the administration; most notably part of the marketing of the property as well as handling the bookings and general payment processing and maintenance.
We advertise the property on our own website for the owner and relay all enquiries back to the owner to process.
We provide a dedicated internet property management account on our website for the owner to enter and administrate their property details, availability calendar and prices for their advertisement.
The price for this package is 25% of the rental value.

Gold Package
This package has been designed for the owner who requires absolute control and administration of their property whilst at the same time requiring a reliable and dedicated team to do some of the bare essentials of undertaking a rental operation on their property.
We also advertise the property on our own website and relay all enquires back to the owner.
As with the Platinum Package the dedicated internet management account is also provided.
The price for this package is 20% of the rental value.
