We can provide a welcome pack that can contain items such as maps and area information including a guest manual. We also include a basic toiletry and kitchen pack. The toiletry pack contains soaps and bathroom tissues. The kitchen pack contains washing up liquid, sponge, surface cloth and dustbin liner. Other items can be provided through our shopping service.

This service is available on request and it is a complimentary service available for customers that take either our comprehensive or changeover service.
