This is a service for owners that can be used for a multitude of requirements and can be used in conjunction with other services such as key holding. This includes the physical presence of at least one of our staff at the premises.

The first hour is inclusive of the prices shown below. The time for this starts from the arrival at the property.

Normal working hours: €30 per visit. Each additional half hour 15€

Out of hours hours: €50 per visit. Each additional half hour 25€

All prices are based for the city of Nice, France. Surcharges apply for other areas that constitute a property visit.
