We provide a full property maintenance service. We take on all work from simple issues such as replacing electrical fuses to complete plumbing and building works. There are two types of maintenance services provided. The first is the basic service that includes detection, diagnosis and minor repair or replacement, such as electrical fuse replacement. This service is available 24/7. The second type of service is for resolving complex issues or major works such as kitchen replacement.

Basic maintenance includes detection, diagnosis and minor repair or replacement. This is charged at €25 per half hour (€50 minimum charge). This service is available 24/7.

The major maintenance will require quotation on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in order for us to give an estimation of the cost.
