We provide an inventory service for both initial creation and for scheduled inspections.
The creation can be detailed to requirements including photographs if required.
We can inspect an inventory either prepared by us or by the owner for each changeover.
The owner will be updated after each inspection about any issues discovered.
The owner will then be able to decide whether any maintenance is required which we can be
provided under our maintenance service.
The prices shown in the table are estimations. Extra charges will apply for photographic inventory creation. The price for digital photography start from €50 that will need to be added to the creation price shown below. A property visit service will need to be included if this service is not taken with another service that includes a property visit, such as the cleaning service.
