We can provide owners with a full booking service that contains scheduling and enquiry processing. As part of this service we include contract and payment processing. The scheduling process utlises internet technology. We have online calendars that show the schedule. The potential rental clients can view available dates and submit a booking request. We will process the requests and the associated contracts and payments. The booking service can be used in conjunction with our advertising service to produce a cost effective solution. These two services together reduce the owner administrative overheads of renting their property.

This is €50 per month. Included in this fee is contract and payment processing. However note that credit card payments and bank transfer fees will need to be offset into the cost of the property rental as these charges are not included.
