The apartment is located in the Muscians area of Nice just off the famous street Victor Hugo. It is close to all amenities, the beach and Promenade de Anglais is only 5 minutes walk away. The property is newly refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom. The seperate kitchen has all new units and equipment, off the kitchen is a third balcony with the washing machine and room to dry any washing. The bathroom has a large bath with a shower over. The two bedrooms are large, one has a double bed and balcony and the other has a king sized bed. The sunny and spacious lounge leads onto another balcony perfect for enjoying that glass of wine or two. The lounge has a sofa bed and also is the entertainment centre of the house, with satelitte TV music and movies. This large,spacious and sunny apartment can accomodate up to 6 people and truely offers everything necessary for that relaxing holiday in Nice.It's location is ideal and only 250 metres from the tramway and the bus stop to the airport.

General
Nice is a lively city with something for everyone, shopping, sightseeing, good nightlife and an endless supply of restaurants to suit all pockets. There are easy links, be it by bus or train, to all of the Riviera and into Italy. The old town is a interesting place to explore and the Cours Saleya has a market with local produce and flowers, except on Mondays when there are antique and bric a brac stalls, and in the summer the evenings are devoted to arts and crafts. The Promenade des Anglais is the perfect place to stroll along or simply sit and people watch.

The apartment is about 15 minutes from Nice airport which is serviced by all International and Budget airlines. Nice train station is about 5 minutes walk away as is the bus stop for the airport.
Payment accepted in Euros or GBP. Prices are for the property per week in British Pounds for 2 sharing, this is all inclusive - towels, linen and cleaning. There are no hidden costs. Note the prices per week will apply for stays less than a week.The apartment sleeps 6. Deposit of 30% required with booking. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on confirmation. Payment can be made by inter bank transfer (preferred) in euros or GB pounds. Part weeks considered outside peak periods (Jun - Sept). Arrivals are at a nominated time after 2pm. It may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is 10:00am, although we try to accommodate other times if possible. A security/damage deposit of £300/300 Euros is payable before arrival. This will be returned directly to you within two weeks of departure. There is an extra charge for each person above 2 person.
