The studio has a terrace with sunshade and comfortable sofas to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. From within the apartment, the picture windows allow access to the views stretching from Cap Ferrat to Nice and the mountains beyond.

The glass walls provide a magnificent well naturally lit living experience. With the feeling of being perched on top of the world and living on a plateau stretched over the sea.

Not suitable for children under any circumstances for their own safety. Access via several steps down from road and lift which opens directly into apartment. Need to travel light and have very willing legs! Fire escape ladder from and onto terrace.

Nice International Airport around 5 km. Car not essential, but desirable. Bus stop 3-5 minutes walk and 15 minute journey to Central Nice. We call a taxi (English speaking service) for reasonable door-door, no hassle, very reliable. Number in apartment.

Notes

We are flexible for the change over day. Check-in is at 16:00 hours for arrivals and 10:00 hours for departures. We will try our best to accommodate other times. Our prices include bed linens and towels as well as a welcome pack. We require an initial deposit of 30% of the rental price to secure a reservation. The final 70% is required to be cleared into our account 8 weeks before arrival. We also require an addition 50% security deposit to be cleared before the rental commences.

Any arrivals after 19.30 will incure a 50 euros late check-in fee.
